A dedicated on-site editor works in parallel with the camera crew, not after. As footage comes in, it gets structured into a story arc. By closing remarks, you have a film worth pressing play on.

PRE-EVENT MAPPING
Before we touch a camera, we get clear on the one moment that needs to travel. What is the story this event is meant to tell? Who needs to feel it? We lock that in before day one, so we are not hunting for it on the day.

DAY-OF PRODUCTION
We keep the crew lean & the gear light. We stay close & capture the actual moments, the speaker who goes off-script, the delegate who tears up, the person who finally says the thing. We handle the cameras so your team doesn’t have to think about it.

SAME DAY EDIT
A dedicated editor cuts on-site alongside the crew capturing footage. As clips come in, they get structured into a story, not just assembled. By the time closing remarks start, the film is close to done. You get a cut people will share, not a recap that sits on a hard drive.

Final Delivery
Once the event wraps, we do a final pass. Any shots that didn’t make it in time get folded in, the cut gets tightened, & you walk away with a finished film worth keeping.
