| Hey Jason, 1 month ago, my second son Ezra was born. And amidst all the chaos of: – Sleepless nights. – A messy schedule. – And endless diapers. Something unexpected happened… B&B had its biggest month ever.  10 months ago, my wife and I found out we were having our second child. We were excited. Overjoyed. Blessed. Then the panic of the business set-in. We were delivering some fantastic work for our clients and working with some of the major non-profits across America. How in the world would we keep this up with a newborn on the way? Answer: I needed new systems – quick So I spent time: → Working on sales. → Delegating key tasks. → Putting systems in place. → Leaving no stone unturned. → And building out new processes. Which led to our biggest month ever… in the same month that our baby was born. Pretty crazy!  So my life has changed a lot lately, and maybe this week’s email isn’t like my usual… But I’m celebrating the wins where I can! Surviving the week? Check ✔️ Not obsessing over work 24/7? Check ✔️ A team that’s got my back? Double check ✔️✔️ It just goes to show – you can run a business & have kids 🤷🏾♂️ (Or maybe it shows that sometimes we need the pressure of a new kid to get systems in order 🤣) So here’s a little reminder to all the working moms & dads out there struggling to find the balance… → You got this. If you prioritize your time, trust in your team & have a solid strategy that works around you & your family… You will continue to see the results. P.S.
