Kwami Ngaojia
With a degree in video production, a background in social work, & service in the Army National Guard, Kwami brings discipline, compassion, & technical talent to B&B. Whether he’s managing overseas editors or leading on set, his work reflects a belief in representation & impact. Driven by purpose & creative versatility, Kwami helps elevate nonprofit stories with excellence.
Suggested Questions for Jason to Ask:
- What’s a moment where Kwami’s presence shifted the tone of a shoot or meeting?
- How does his background in social work or military service show up in his work?
- When did you realize Kwami wasn’t just technically good — but mission-aligned?
- What’s something he’s said or done that reminded you why B&B tells the kinds of stories it does?
- How would you explain his impact to someone who’s never worked with him?
Jenna Ventrice
With experience across film sets, live TV, & post-production, Jenna brings technical skill & artistic style to B&B’s short-form content. A self-taught editor since age 11, she now handles YouTube videos, behind-the-scenes footage, & brand-forward visuals. Passionate about fashion & horror films, Jenna blends creativity with precision to craft stories that pop.
Suggested Questions for Jason to Ask:
- Do you remember the first video Jenna edited that felt totally her? What made it pop?
- How has her love of fashion or horror shaped the way she tells stories?
- What’s something Jenna adds in post that clients might not even realize — but makes a huge difference?
- How do you describe the edge Jenna brings to B&B’s visual brand?
- What’s something about her story — editing at 11, working across TV/film — that still impresses you?

Jonathan
With a background in storytelling & a mind for systems, Jonathan leads B&B’s marketing with quiet precision. Known internally as “the onion,” he brings thoughtful layers to every campaign—pulling meaning from moments others might miss. Whether it’s crafting a newsletter or building a social strategy, his work elevates not just what we do, but how people experience it.
Suggested Questions for Jason to Ask:
- What’s something you’ve seen Jonathan do that nobody else in the room would’ve thought to do?
- How does Jonathan’s mind work differently when it comes to strategy or systems?
- Do you remember the first moment you thought, “Oh. This guy’s seeing something the rest of us aren’t”?
- What’s the story behind the nickname “the onion”?
- If you had to explain Jonathan’s superpower to a client or collaborator, what would you say?
Dani
From editor to interviewer to sales closer, Dani thrives at the intersection of production & people. With natural charisma and a producer’s eye, she directs on set, builds client relationships, & brings energy to every room she enters. Known for her quick wit and grounded presence, she helps move stories forward—both creatively & relationally.
Suggested Questions for Jason to Ask:
- When did you first realize Dani could jump between editing, producing, & client calls like it was nothing?
- What’s a moment on set where Dani changed the entire mood or direction — just by being herself?
- How would you describe her role to someone outside the industry?
- Have you ever watched Dani turn a difficult moment into momentum? What happened?
- What do clients say after working with her that always makes you smile?
AJ
Currently in college & already crushing timelines, AJ brings speed, clarity, & style to B&B’s short-form editing. Whether cutting social content, reels, or internal sizzles, his instinct for rhythm & eye for detail continue to grow with every frame. Humble, hungry, and hyper-focused, he’s become an essential force in our post-production flow.
Suggested Questions for Jason to Ask:
- What was the first project where AJ’s work made you go, “Wait… he cut this?”
- What’s something about AJ’s process that’s invisible — but critical?
- If you had to describe AJ’s style in three words, what would they be?
- What makes AJ’s editing voice stand out on social platforms or reels?
- How does AJ’s hunger show up in the day-to-day?
Sid
You might not see Sid on set — but his fingerprints are on nearly everything we do.
Sid Singh started at Beard & Bowler as a contractor, helping with lead generation. But it didn’t take long to realize he had a much broader skill set — and more importantly, the work ethic, curiosity, and precision that every growing team needs.
Before B&B, Sid was managing high-end hotel kitchens in southern India, working alongside some of the country’s top chefs. That hospitality background shows up every day in the way he supports our team — always anticipating what needs to be done, and doing it with care and speed.
Today, Sid plays a critical role in our internal operations:
→ Running payroll and setting up contracts for new hires
→ Managing travel and logistics for shoots across the country
→ Supporting client relations and identifying opportunities to re-engage past partners
→ Keeping our production team on track with everything from equipment inventories to scheduling
→ Making sure Jason (hi, that’s me) can stay focused during shoots, because the details are handled
And when I say details, I mean everything. Sid’s the one double-checking insurance, confirming ID cards, setting calendar invites, drafting agreements — the stuff that doesn’t always get the spotlight, but absolutely keeps us moving.
He also happens to have a sharp creative mind of his own — drawing inspiration from filmmakers like David Lynch, Spike Jonze, and Charlie Kaufman, and diving deep into surreal storytelling (when he’s not running GTA roleplay servers in his free time).
Sid is part of the backbone of this team. B&B runs smoother — and smarter — because of him.
Neri
Every team needs someone who holds the threads together. For us, that’s Neri.
At Beard & Bowler, a lot of things move fast — creative ideas, client needs, shifting shoot schedules — and in the middle of it all is Neri, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Neri plays a hybrid role that blends account management and project coordination. She’s client-facing, logistics-savvy, and detail-oriented — often the person making sure deadlines are met, meetings are scheduled, and clients are looped in every step of the way.
While the creative team leads vision and production, Neri supports the process that keeps everything flowing — from overseeing deliverables to prepping for shoot days. She’s not always the loudest in the room, but her impact shows up in smoother workflows, stronger client relationships, and projects that run on time.
B&B runs best when everyone’s in sync. Neri makes that happen.
Devesh
If Sid is the left hand of B&B operations, Devesh is the right.
Devesh is one of the steady hands behind the scenes at Beard & Bowler — the kind of person who ensures the trains run on time so the rest of the team can stay focused on storytelling and client relationships.
He works closely with Sid on everything from logistics and contracts to project coordination and production support. Need shoot IDs prepped? Calendars updated? Admin tasks handled without a hitch? Devesh is on it.
While he may not be in the creative or sales spotlight, Devesh is a key part of our foundation — a detail-oriented problem solver who helps us deliver consistent, reliable work to every client.
B&B’s work might be full of cameras, storyboards, and creative energy — but it’s people like Devesh who keep it grounded and organized.
Richard
Creative vision is great — but someone’s gotta seal the deal. That’s Richard.
At Beard & Bowler, a lot of our early sales conversations are creative. We talk vision, values, impact. But when it’s time to move from interested to committed, we bring in Richard.
He’s our closer — the one who knows how to listen, read the room, and guide conversations toward partnership. While Kwami and I focus on story and strategy, Richard focuses on momentum. His presence means we don’t lose pace when things get real.
What I appreciate most is his steadiness. No pushy sales tactics. Just smart, respectful conversations that help prospective clients say yes with confidence.
Having Richard on the team means I get to stay in my creative lane — because I know the business side is in good hands.
